The stone house by the sea.

Discover the traditional charm and absolute tranquility in Pelion. Wake up to the sound of the waves and taste the beauty of the sea in our house by the sandy beach. The residence has two floors, on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 single bed in total. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a stone-built sofa-bed. The toilet is located next to the house in the courtyard It has a large yard in which there are gas stove and an outdoor dining area.

A seaside villa on the beach in Kanatadika of North Evoia. You will have the whole villa to yourselves. Located on a 1,000 sq.m plot with space of 240 sq.m. (120 sq.m. top floor,50sq.m middle floor and 70 sq.m. on ground floor apartment) Breathtaking views of Pelion, Trikeri. 3 independent garden areas (one by the beach and one on the rear with parking space for 2 cars). Sleeps 12 persons (7 on the top,2 on middle & 3 on the ground floor apartment). 3 bathrooms and 1 WC in the whole villa.

Κατάλληλο για εξορμήσεις κοντά στην Αθήνα με εύκολη πρόσβαση, 5' με τα πόδια απ' το σταθμό του τρένου. 3' με τα πόδια απ' την πλατεία του χωριού. Ιδανικό για όσο θέλουν να επισκεφθούν το Χιονοδρομικο κέντρο Παρνασσού και τα αξιοθέατά του. Απέχει 35χλμ απ' τα Κελάρια/Φτερόλακα.
