Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο την αγορά και την πλατεία Μανουσάκια, και 5 λεπτά απο το λιμάνι και τις παραλίες. Η οικογένειά μας θα είναι κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστεί σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά καθώς είναι στην παραλία και υπάρχουν πολλά μαγαζιά εστίασης , supermarket και φαρμακεία. Έτσι έχει την δυνατότητα να επισκεφτεί πολλά όμορφα τοπία χωρίς την χρήση κάποιου μεταφορικού μέσου (αυτοκίνητο).
