It's right on the beach! Very unique apartment 80m2 in front of the sea, in the bay of Itea. This well decorated 1st floor/level and 2 bedrooms apartment is situated in a quiet neighboorhood only 2 minutes walk frλom the city center. The ancient city of Delphi is 15 min drive and the picturesque Galaxidi 10 min. The Beach House is right in front of the sea and is located on the corner between 2 very beautiful and clean beaches. The charming and spacious Spa Villa Skaloma of 120sqm with large spaces and sunny lounge that is open to the south, is a luxury two-storey villa that can accommodate up to six people, in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa, the combination of high ceilings with large tree trunks and large openings, allow a stunning view of the sea. “It's built in with the sea" as it is only 10 meters away from it and is located in the best part of the beach, under plane trees and near a small sea platform.

Το Seaside retreat house , βρίσκεται στο χωριό Παραλία Σεργούλας στον Κορινθιακό Κόλπο . Το ισόγειο που παραχωρείται στους επισκέπτες είναι ένα αυτόνομο σπίτι 110 τ.μ με ξεχωριστή είσοδο και βρίσκεται εντός ενός οικοπέδου 700 τ.μ, 70 μέτρα από την παραλία , με γαλαζοπράσινα κρυστάλλινα νερά και δέντρα για σκιά . Ενα βολικό παντοπωλείο ακριβώς δίπλα Υπάρχει άνετη βεράντα για απόλυτη χαλάρωση, αν και δεν προσφέρει άμεση θέα στη θάλασσα. Είναι ιδανική διαμονή για εξερεύνηση των αρχαίων Δελφών ή επίσκεψη στο Μοναστήρι του Οσίου Λουκά. (μνημεία παγκόσμιας κληρονομάς UNESCO )

A rare opportunity to spend your holidays surrounded only by the sea, the mountains, and the peaceful atmosphere of relaxation. Parking is possible in the village 100m from the house, or you can park on the road next to the front gate.
