Steps from the sand, this cozy retreat offers sweeping ocean views, including 2 lighthouses. Perfect for a peaceful getaway by the sea. Need more space for friends & family to join you? We also rent the 3 bedroom/2 bath house directly across from the cottage (you can find it at Popham-beach-house), and the cottage next door. Note that the cottage is seasonal.

Ferndale House - Phippsburg, Maine. Ferndale House is a special retreat nestled in the woods, overlooking the Kennebec River. Owned by a children’s book author, the home is named after the imaginary world where her fictional characters live. Fittingly, the property is surrounded by ferns in the dells and glens, and borders 63 acres of conservation land.

Cottage on Todd Bay

Autumn is nearly here, and the maples are turning red along the road down from Bath. Days are warm but crisp, and nights are chilly; our guests on Todd Bay have begun building evening fires in the wood stove. We still have a few more available nights in October for fall getaways -- and we're starting to look ahead to May and the 2027 season!

Water's Edge Cottage in Phippsburg, Maine

The cottage is at the water's edge and a perfect place for rest and relaxation. There is easy access to the dock and kayaks and several lawn chairs to sit at water's edge and listen to the water splashing on the rocks and watch a variety of birds, and the seals usually stop by for a viewing. It's a little piece of heaven.
