Downtown Historical Bungalow, Pet friendly

This two bedroom remodeled downtown historic house, is a comfortable clean stay minutes away from all that Albany has to offer. Cozy up in the living room with a book or a good show. The full modern kitchen has all the amenities for a enjoyable stay. The bedrooms have luxury mattresses and professionally laundered sheets. The fully remolded bathroom still holds some of it 100+ year charm with the set in medicine cabinet and cedar closet. The house has a private driveway that can fit 2 vehicles.

1950's Charm-Great for long-term/contract/RN/profs

Great area in Salem! Minutes from downtown, quiet street, walk to Bush park, very comfortable neighborhood. This 1950's house has 2 bedrooms with ample closet space, an office with door to the backyard and deck, spacious living room with a cozy gas fireplace, smart TV, garage with washer and dryer accessed through the kitchen, gas stove and many other amenities. The house is easy to get to from I5, about an hour from Portland. Perfect for a 1-2 couples or a small family. Most everything is new!

Quiet Cozy Duplex, Great Location

This quiet neighborhood is easy walking distance to Bush Pasture Park, Best Little Steakhouse and mini golf, Dutch Bro’s Coffee, Whites Restaurant, a coffee shop and much more. It’s less than a mile to downtown shopping and eateries, and Riverfront Park and the connected Minto Brown Park, with a dog park and miles of walking or biking trails. A few miles farther will take you to the wonderful Oregon Gardens in charming little city of Silverton. Or keep going to beautiful Silver Falls Park

The Craftsman cottage is on a private 15 acre wetland providing excellent views of a wide range of birds and other wildlife. French doors open to a deck and huge yard that meets the wetland and walking path around the ponds. Less than 2 miles from the house, enjoy kayaking and walking the Luckiamute Landing Trails at the confluence of the Luckiamute, Santiam and Willamette rivers. The deck sits over a 1/4 acre private pond for your viewing pleasure. This hidden gem has so much to offer and is uniquely located on a Island (Yes, Grand Island!) in the heart of Oregon's wine country. Beautiful, spacious, well maintained and very clean house in great newer NE Albany neighborhood. This air conditioned house sleeps 12 people (10 in beds) and has 4 all upstairs bedrooms. Centrally located home filled with lots of fun activities, no need to ever leave! For the outdoors we have volleyball, badminton, putting green, yard games, fire pit and a hot tub.
