This is an Older Yellow Bungalow House and it's located in a quiet street with little or no traffic and walking distance to 2 parks. Just steps from the shops and restaurants of the Avenue and two blocks from the train to Center City! My home was built in 1863, has the original floors with over a century of use, historical charm, and an occasional dust bunny.
