This is a 126 year old beautiful historic home, in a great location: walk to train station, 12 min train ride to city, less to suburbs; close to 8+ universities; free parking. Beautiful wood throughout, great bathrooms, big kitchen, comfortable sitting rooms, TV and freeWi-Fi. Comfortable, spacious, and friendly. Visit colleges, enjoy Center city, shopping, or historical sites. Comfort, beauty and location can’t be beat. Oscar the cat lives here with me.

The Hermit's Cove | Private Room, Great Location

Welcome to our spacious lower level guest room, with Queen bed, TV, small couch, table and chairs, kitchenette, mini fridge and private bath. You're also welcome to use the shared ground floor kitchen, dining room and patio. We have comfortable furniture, fast Wi-Fi, easy check-in and out, and bag storage. Great location for concerts, dining and public transport, and we give great local recommendations. We're looking forward to your visit!

Homey, warm and inviting....

MY HUSBAND AND I LIVE IN THIS HOUSE FULL TIME, BUT YOU WILL HAVE ALL THE PRIVACY YOU NEED. Our home is close to Center City Philadelphia ( 6 miles)and close to public transportation . You’ll love it here because of the people and the ambiance. The home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families. We have a Cat, Buddy, that looks and acts like Garfield.

Beautiful bedroom with a small kitchenette (that does not have a sink). Has a private entrance, across from Abington Jefferson Hospital. Private bath, Newly renovated and painted and all appliances are new. Light breakfast is provided. Walking distance to bus and train station. Shopping center and post office is nearby. Close to PA Turnpike.
