Der See mit guten Bademöglichkeiten und die S-Bahn nach München sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, der nächste Supermarkt ist zirka 1.5 Kilometer entfernt. Das Haus umfasst Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett (Zugang hierzu über den Haupt-Schlafraum), sowie die Küche und ein modernes Bad.

Vom Hochbett aus können Sie den Sternenhimmel und die Waldtiere beobachten. Ein besonderes Erlebnis sind dabei auch unsere eigenen Milchziegen.

Secluded, 200 m from the main house, it offers pure retreat: panoramic views of meadow and forest, a terrace for dining, yoga, or knitting, stargazing from the loft. Inside, a wood stove and infrared heating keep things cozy while foxes and deer pass by outside.

Our 110 year old in nouveau art house is located in the beautiful and astonishing prealpine lands right in between Munich and the famous castles. Our guesthome has a big kitchen with everything you need to cook, two cosy and indivilual bed rooms and a modern bathroom. The living room has a romantic fireplace. The place is perfect for families, couples and friends.
