Charmant appartement en rez-de-chaussée d’un immeuble du XVIIIème siècle en plein cœur historique de Pézenas. Tout à pied ! Visite du centre ville, musées, commerces, artisans d’art, antiquaires et brocanteurs, restaurants à foison ! Mon petit deux pièces de 35 m2 offre pour 2 personnes confort et prestations de qualité : cuisine équipée, séjour TV, internet haut débit wifi, chambre lit de 160cm, salle d’eau avec douche, lave-linge, linge compris. Ne reste plus qu’à vous installer et cocooner !

This property is perfect for 4 people however it is not suitable for anyone with a mobility issue. The entrance from the street is directly into the kitchen/living area, beautifully laid out and a staircase weaves its way to the first floor, where there is a large double bedroom, with ensuite shower room, and a Juliet window to the street below. A separate toilet is also on this floor, shared by the second bedroom, which is on the top floor, complete with a double bed and ensuite shower room.

Nous vous accueillons dans notre gîte situé au coeur de Pézenas, avec de très nombreux commerces (bars, restaurants, marché hebdomadaire le plus important de la région) à proximité, sans nécessiter l'usage de la voiture. Nous mettons à votre disposition cet appartement spacieux, facile d'accès, au sein d'une maison vigneronne avec cours et parking privatif. Nestled in the heart of the medieval town of Pézenas, surrounded by beautiful countryside in the south of France.. conveniently placed just a short drive to the beaches. Good connexions with main airports. 45 mins Montpellier airport, 75 mins Nimes airport 120 mins Toulouse. Only 2 hours away from Spain. We are pet friendly. (30€ pet per stay).

Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, antique shops, ice cream places, bakeries, wine shops, street market on Sats and etc. The pied-à-terre has its quirkinesses: possibly dated back from the 17th century. 20 min from the beach. 40 min from Montpelier airport. Near Bezier, Montpelier, Carcassonne… and many others. PS: Note! Very important… It is on the fourth floor, no lift.
