Beautiful, Modern, Three Bedroom Home

Three bedroom, three bathroom house in St. Johns, located ten minutes from downtown. Upstairs includes an open concept kitchen with dining area. Living room has two sofas with a large tv. Master bedroom includes a queen sized bed, en-suite washroom with shower, walk-in closet and television. Second bedroom has a double bed. Downstairs features a pool table/bar area, gym, laundry room, and third bedroom with a queen bed and tv. The patio in the backyard has a private hot tub and bbq.

EAST COAST NEWFOUNDLAND BUNKY

On the Sea. A cozy bunky with double bed .. a large window and glass door looking at our cliffside with a private little porch. Off the porch is a sink with running water, but as part of the compound all amenities are available incl full washroom. We are located conveniently on the Southern Shore, close enough to St. John's, Petty Harbour, Ferryland, Trepassy and even St. Vincent for day excursions. The BUNKY is located next to the Cabin, Barn and Teepee on the property.

This unique stay blends vintage character with modern comfort, featuring heat, A/C, running water, a shower with propane on-demand hot water (short showers recommended), and a compact mini kitchen for simple meals. This one bedroom peaceful and private ground-floor suite offers a relaxing escape with a private patio overlooking our fenced grounds. Centrally located on a quiet street with free parking. Connect to all major highways within 3 minutes drive to reach your destination faster. It is the perfect location to explore nearby attractions such as Costco & the shops at Galway.

Enjoy the sounds of nature while you stay in this uniquely modern tiny home decorated with touches of Newfoundland. Bordered by a beautiful river and surrounded by trees you have complete privacy as you indulge in our hot tub, sauna and stunning scenery. The sauna is an additional $100 for 1 night bookings. Great after a day of hiking the East Coast Trail.
