Light Drenched and Private Cabin

Our cabin is spacious & light drenched. It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, wardrobe, kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart TV (Netflix, Disney & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children (10 & 12), a Labradoodle dog, 2 cats & guinea pigs who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky.

Cook St is off Glebe Pt Rd with its cafes, pubs, bookshops, amenities, and Broadway Shopping Centre. 10 min walk thru park to TramSheds. Ferry to Barangaroo at bottom of road. Buses, lightrail to fish markets, Darling Harbour, markets, Central. Universities close. Friendly neighbours, parrots, possums, kookaburras. Happy dog, owner onsite. Will sleep 3 but 2 most comfortable.

Private rear courtyard. No shared facilities. Parking is on-street and free(some restrictions) Central with access to multiple modes of transport. Note: this property is on a main road so not only is it central for transport, it will have traffic noise which is largely blocked when doors are closed.

Mini Cav - Beautiful 1 bedroom in Stanmore

A few blocks away from Enmore Road (recently named coolest street in Sydney) is this recently refurbished space. There is a huge, luxury bathroom (outside the apartment), a kitchenette and a dining space. This Victorian / Italianate freestanding terrace in an incredible part of Sydney close to transportation and the CBD. Being a home built in the late 1800s, the house itself is a grand dame. It groans and creaks with its occupants. The bedroom is underneath the main house’s living areas.
