This private guest suite is nestled in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to a small, yet serene, ornamental lake. The Villa is only a half a mile from Loop 289 and is a quick, convenient drive to anywhere in Lubbock. Texas Tech, Covenant Medical Center, and UMC are minutes away and many restaurants are available within a mile of the villa. This Spanish revival home is located in Lubbock’s historic district just two blocks from Texas Tech. You will be walking distance from football, basketball, and baseball games as well as graduations and other University events. We have lovingly restored this nearly 100 year old home and kept as many of its original features as possible- including the windows and the cast iron kitchen sink and bathtub!

This is a studio home; the bed, living area, eating area, and kitchen all share the same space. I love the bathroom, primarily for its large bath tub. The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!

College View Casita

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located in Tech Terrace. Enjoy the convenience of this location near Texas Tech and all it has to offer. There are plenty of towels and extra linens available. Stackable washer and dryer. Down a few blocks is the Plaza Shopping Center. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.

This home is located directly across the street from a large park with jogging trail. It is, literally, within 2 min of Texas Tech University. It has one large new sofa, new appliances, 65’ tv in two of the rooms and the living room, a 32’ tv in the dining room area. Plenty of closet and dresser space and new floors and carpet and washer and dryer. Extremely close to the United Spirit Arena, and Jones Stadium and 1 min from UMC. Decent sized backyard, with driveway parking.

Country Guesthouse

This is a private country setting that is quiet. This trailer has it’s own separate entrance with a big concrete pad, table and chairs, with umbrella. It is 12 minutes from Texas Tech and 9 minutes from LCU. There is a full supermarket 6 minutes away. Convenience store 2 miles away. Levelland is 20 miles away and Shallowater is 8 miles away.
