We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

Bumblebee was an excellent property. Ideal for my husband and I our 2 adult children and their partners .....not forgetting Dave the dog to have a family get together. The property was spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The addition of an enclosed garden, hot tub and outdoor cooking area was great. There were thoughtful additions such as a welcome pack and items for pets. The surroundings were peaceful. Can't recommend highly enough it is certainly somewhere we intend to return in the future.

In stayed for a long weekend with my family. The house was lovely and perfect for me as the children could play in the conservatory. The garden was lovely and my boys really enjoyed being outside and playing. House was lovely and I would stay again.

This stay was a surprise for my partner’s birthday, and she cried with happiness when we arrived! I added the birthday package which was a lovely touch and really nice. Will definitely stay here again and make it ‘our place’. Cannot recommend it enough. Out of this world

Amazing couldn’t have wished for anything more. Easy check in and check out. Beautiful cabin and hotub with a games room including pool table and darts for free. Would highly recommend staying here.

I can not recommend highly enough. My son and myself stayed for 3 nights, everything was exactly as described. We felt instantly at home. We shall be returning, many thanks for having us in your lovely lodge.

Lovely little cottage, very clean and private, lots of space and all the amenities you would need. Not too many places to walk to from the cottage, but if you have a car it’s no problem. The tap and run pub is a great pub everyone should check out that is on the doorstep. Also Hanwell vineyard down the road for an enjoyable informative wine tasting experience.

This is a great base to explore Lincoln, Newark and Sherwood Forest. Lots of walks and history in the area. Philip recommended 2 great pubs, Prince Rupert in Newark and Hare & Hounds in Fulbeck. We also really enjoyed the Alpacca Farm and Doddington House. Philip lives close by and came to greet us on arrival. He is very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was great and accommodation very clean.

Once again we had the most amazing stay, just how we remembered from the last time, felt right at home, will always book and stay when visiting family. The comparison of our son sitting in the arm chair at 11 months and now almost 19 months blew us away. We can’t wait to make more memories here with our family.

a lovely cosy, little cottage for a long weekend away competing my horse at a local equestrian centre. the self check in and check out facilitated late arrival and early departure. This was a perfect place and I really hope I get to come back. The setting is beautiful, the area is quiet, the house itself is comfy and clean, the kitchen & rooms are well equipped, and host Elizabeth is friendly and welcoming. The location is fab - there's an award-winning bakery/cafe 7mins drive away, gardens to visit 9mins drive away, and Rutland Water 15mins drive away. To get to stay in separate rooms as friends yet have the shared homely space was great. We cooked a full meal, as the equipment, oils & seasoning we needed were provided in the kitchen. We connected our laptops up via our own HDMI cable to the TV and put our feet up on the reclining sofas. Perfect! Would recommend.

It was a privilege to be able to stay in such a beautiful setting. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding countryside. The cottage was very homely and we really appreciated the provisions provided. Personally, I was in horse heaven! Thank you so much, Caroline, Roger and Lucy. We definitely would want to come back.

We had a wonderful time at the cottage and thoroughly enjoyed how relaxing our stay was. The cottage was beautiful and had great views of the surrounding countryside with an added bonus of seeing horses and cows from the bedroom window! Dee was a lovely host who was very accommodating and helpful.

Sojourned at Mila's over the NYE to get away from the hustle and bustle. The cottage is charming and it is located in a peaceful village. Incredibly clean, cosy and characteristic of the Cambridgeshire countryside. Mila was professional and accommodating and the place was set up with everything that one would require! It was an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Had a lovely stay, accommodation was great and fantastic location, very convenient for local shops & for trips to Ely & Cambridge. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with Manor Cottage which was clean, comfortable and very peaceful. It is set in the semi formal garden of the Manor House which leads onto open county side with well marked public footpaths/access. Daniel and Angela were very responsive and got back to me on any queries I had straight away. It has all the facilities that are needed in addition to private use of the pool and Shetland ponies, chickens and ducks which you can visit if you wish! I will definitely visit again. I only wish there were more bedrooms so I could share how lovely this place is with more of my family/friends.

Absolut tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Garten in sehr schöner Lage. Die Ferienwohnung ist praktisch aber sehr stylisch eingerichtet und man findet alles, was man jemals benötigen könnte. Es hat uns dort sehr sehr gut gefallen. Elisabeth ist supernett und jederzeit erreichbar und hatte jederzeit tolle Tipps für jede Eventualität auf Lager.

Family visiting for weekend. The Cottage was ideally located for visiting relatives (which was a perfect coincidence). The cottage was perfectly sized for 2 adults and a baby. It was cosy. Very neat and tidy. Lots of amenities all within walking distance. We were all very happy.

Returning to this lovely Airbnb was like stepping back into a great memory. Everything was just as cozy, clean, and welcoming as we remembered. The space had that same comforting charm, and it felt even better this time around. It was so nice to relive the calm, the vibe, and all the little touches that made our last stay special. Truly a home away from home. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience—we’ll definitely be back!
