Our rustic house, exactly 100 years old, has been lovingly restored and thoughtfully designed in a modern style, while preserving its authentic Istrian character. For us, it is not just a house, but a place filled with stories, warmth, and soul — a place we are happy to share with you. Surrounded by nature, with a private pool and close to the sea, it is perfect for families and their pets. Uživajte u potpunoj privatnosti u ovoj dizajnerski uređenoj kući za odmor smještenoj na selu, idealnoj za parove ili obitelj.Kuca ima 109m2 na parceli od 750 m2. Kuća nudi dvije udobne spavaće sobe sa kupaonom,dnevni boravak, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju i prekrasan vanjski prostor sa roštiljem na plin i sa grijanim, masažnim bazenom. Kuća je udaljena 2 km od svih sadržaja.Nalazi se u središnjoj Istri, što je čini izvrsnim polazištem za istraživanje cijelog poluotoka. Natkriveni parking za 2 auta.

Villa Roy-Orihi

Villa Roy is located in a small village of Orihi in the heart of Istria, ideal for 2-3 families It is spread over 150 m2, with a capacity of 9+2 people. In the main house, on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and air-conditioned living room with a sleeping couch for two person, one shower. On the upper floor there is one bedroom with double bed and one single bed, one bedroom with double bed, one bathroom / WC. In the next house there is a bunk bed and double bed.

History behind Svetvincenat leads all the way to Y965 and amazing castle Grimaldi was built around Y1300. This central position gives You possibility for a daily excursions to a beautiful/hidden spots of Istria (Porec, Rovinj, Pula, Labin) all within 20min drive. Property is set on 1700m2 giving You a complete privacy as house is on the edge of the forest.

In period June-Aug, change over day is Saturday and for stays longer than 7 nights please send an inquiry. Villa Lord House is situated on the edge of a small village in the heart of Istria. The whole plot is fenced (new 1.6 meter high fence) and private. In the cozy garden, surrounded only by green nature, there is a large swimming pool. Sunbeds and parasols are everywhere. A gazebo, with a large table and a charcoal grill, is placed directly above the pool.
