Newly finished, a bright stylish and fully equipped elegant 70m2 fully air- conditioned loft can easily accommodate the needs of 1-5 travelers. It is built in Kalamata in an uncrowded neighborhood on a quiet street with easy parking. Guests have full access to all household appliances, equipment , amenities, plus wifi connection. Both the local beach (1km) and the city centre (2km) make an easy destination. Grocery stores, eateries, small bakeries are all within a comfortable walking distance.

Το Olea apartment 3 ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2021. Η λειτουργικότητα και η αισθητική στη διακόσμηση σας εξασφαλίζουν ποιότητα και άνεση κατά τη διαμονή σας! Φωτεινό, πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και εξοπλισμένο σπίτι. Αποτελείται από 1 υπνοδωμάτιο, ξεχωριστό χώρο κουζίνας, 1 μπάνιο και ένα μικρό μπαλκόνι. Διαθέτει σύγχρονο εξοπλισμό, φίνα λευκά είδη και επώνυμα καλλυντικά. Comfy Studio Ilios kai Thalassa close to the beach

Our guesthouse consists of 4 identical studios with lots of privacy. Each studio has a comfortable double boxspring bed, 2 walk-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette and airconditioning. Outside each studio has a large covered veranda and a open terrace with 2 sunbeds. The fresh & healthy breakfast as included is served in the communal garden, where you can also find an outdoor shower and hammock. The sandy beach and taverna are just few minutes walking away.

Στούντιο με θέα τον Μεσσηνιακό κόλπο και τους πρόποδες του Ταΰγετου. Κατάλληλο για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές αφού βρίσκεται στην παραλία Καλαμάτας! Με τη θάλασσα ακριβώς δίπλα και πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό, καφέ και ποτό. Το κέντρο της πόλης βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση (στάση λεωφορείου ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι).
