We are very happy to welcome you in our bright apartment for 4 people. Renovated three-room attic apartment with new kitchen-living room equipped with dishwasher and microwave, double bedroom, twin bedroom both renovated, bathroom with washing machine, large panoramic furnished terrace with view of the Dolomites. Bed linen and towels provided. Wifi, TV, free parking, ski and bike storage on the ground floor, solarium terrace and possibility of having breakfast at the adjacent garni (for a fee).

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Nestled between the Pelmo and Civetta Mountain range in the Val Fiorentina, in the village of Pescul sits our dear chalet. For a family holiday or with friends with the possibility to accommodate 6 people. We are located on the second top floor (no lift). Our apartment has the most amazing views of the mountains and Pescul village...you can snuggle in bed in the morning and check if the lift is open before hitting the slopes!!

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
