McGuire's Tiny Home and RV Lot

Our charming tiny house features a king-size bed, futon for additional guests, full bathroom, and kitchen with basic essentials. RV/motorhome travelers can enjoy dedicated hookup, making this the perfect spot to relax, recharge, and reconnect with the great outdoors.

Private Cottage at the Old Station

Enjoy a piece of history while staying in the Old Station guest cottage. Comfy & cozy for two guests, or ideal for a personal retreat, "Sparrow Cottage" includes its own private patio with gas grill as well as a separate fenced sitting area outside with fire pit. Inside is a queen-size bed, a kitchenette (with sink, microwave, and mini-fridge), and a good-size bathroom with walk-in shower. Feel free to walk the grounds and imagine what the Old Station was like in the 1930s, 40s, and 50s.

Clean and Cozy Craftsman Style Bungalow

This bungalow is blocks from downtown Guthrie, where guests can enjoy shops, the Pollard Theater, and restaurants. It has new furnishings, including amenities such as a washer-dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, cooking necessities, a large backyard, and parking on the premises. It has a great front porch area with a swing and seating where guests can relax and enjoy the small-town nostalgia of Guthrie. Our place is 15 minutes from Oklahoma State University, Lake McMurtry East is 3.5 miles away. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space, tranquility and the wildlife. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy the stars and nights around the fire pit. Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.

Also included on our Patio, is a Large 40,000 BTU Propane Gas Fire Pit to keep you warm on the cool Fall Football Games.
