Family-friendly, Huge Yard with Playground

Relax with the whole family at this serene getaway. Once you walk into the main door you realize "it's bigger on the inside". The home is an addition built in 2020. The warm, cozy, cottage feel invites you to stay awhile or longer if you'd like. Morning coffee on the patio while bird watching or enjoy the peaceful views of the Pecan trees. The playground is the perfect escape from a long car ride. Night brings the illuminated glow from the outdoor lights while you enjoy your company.

Better than a hotel room.

A nice place to relax. Separate entrance, whole upstairs to yourself, no sharing spaces. Very private, comfortable and affordable. Your very own private deck. Large bedroom with large bathroom. Better than a hotel room or private room, with upgraded amenties: full size microwave, spacious fridge, coffee/tea maker, full size trashcan, separate heat and air, nice samsung tv, block out blinds and desk. Security cameras, advanced entry locks, well lit inside and out. All sorts of extras.

Welcome to this beautiful Green House! Experience a peaceful and relaxing space that offers super-fast wifi, well designed layout, back patio and a large backyard. Home is equipped with games for the cold winter days when its a bit too cold to enjoy the outdoors. The backyard is a peaceful escape perfect for entertaining. This lovely property is just 10 minutes from the Fairgrounds so you can be apart of all the fun. Minutes from downtown Perry, grocery stores, and easy access to I75.

Near Agricenter, fairgrounds, RAFB & I-75, Fun.

Stop now and read the reviews. Why stay anywhere else. Only 10 minutes from Warner Robins Air Force Base, Agri-Center, Perry and Warner Robins. While on the dock, fish, go for a swim, use the water slide, take a canoe, Paddle board or Kayak (canoes &kayaks). . You can grill some goodies, watch the game on big screen tv inside the Tikki bar, or just relax while catching a tan and watch the boats/Kayakers go by. Fire pit, shoot pool. Curvy slide removed. YES there is a hot tub.

We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.
