Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Natur und guter Luft und Ruhe. Du wirst das Loft lieben wegen dem Platz im Freien, den Garten, den Kamin innen für die Gemütlichkeit, 63qm zum Wohlfühlen in altem Gemäuer mit Lehmputz innen. Auf der Galerie ist ein 160cm breites Bett und ein Schreibtisch, unten eine Schlafcouch. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende und Eifelfans. Alt trifft Neu ist das Motto: Alte Balken knacken auch mal, der Regen prasselt aufs Dach= Vor- und Nachteil?

Eppeltree is part of a converted farm and is located in an orchard in the middle of the nature reserve, with a breathtaking view into the sunset. Du salon profitez de la vue du Pays des 3 frontières et plus précisément d'Apach dans le Pays de Sierck. Vous êtes sur la Route des vins de Moselle. Idéalement situé à 500m de l’Allemagne et 1500m du Luxembourg. C'est une maison jumelée en pierre de taille de 115m² habitable, 10m² de courette dont 5 m² de terrasse et 44m² de cave. Situé dans un quartier calme et convivial. Le tout refait entièrement à neuf en 2023. Historiquement vous êtes dans l’ancien quartier des douanes.
