Mod Lodge Close to Cinci Creation museum and Ark

This is an Apartment /Mother in law suite that is connected to my home. You have a separate Front and Back door. One bedroom, Full kitchen, queen bed, and queen sofa bed in the livingroom. Park in the driveway next to my van You might hear the sounds of kids playing next door. Outdoor and Sun porch are shared space that includes a huge in-ground pool, beautiful screened in sun porch, outdoor dining, fire pit, trampoline, & swingset. The pool closes September 23rd will re-open next Summer.

Cute & quaint but some un even floors that will be repaired winter 2024. Located less than 8 mins from ARK Encounter & less than 5 mins to Williamstown Lake. Easily accessible to Williamtown Lake, Creation Museum, Ky Horse Park, Newport Aquarium, as well as multiple dining & shopping venues!
