Welcome to a tranquil, beach-style apartment with cool ocean breezes where you can snooze in the hammock, curl up with a book on a sunny window seat or cool off in the lap pool on the hot summer afternoons. Enjoy breakfast on the sunny veranda, afternoon drinks in your courtyard or on the back deck by the pool at sunset. At end of day snuggle up in the comfy king-size bed, falling asleep listening to the waves on the beach through the open louvers. The bed can be transformed into two king singles if you just let us know when booking. We do welcome one small non-shedding, toilet trained dog. Your apartment has a separate entry with patio. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances - cook top, oven, dishwasher, full size fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, Nutri-bullet, jaffle maker, Smeg jug & toaster. Comfortable lounge & dining setting. If you just want to chill out at home there is Wi fi, Netflix, some games & jigsaws. - Self check in via lock box 24/7. Code given prior to arrival. - Private access. - Shared pool area. We also live on the premises and would love to welcome you to your self contained apartment when possible. We will be happy to help you with anything you require but we will ensure you have your privacy to enjoy your stay to the fullest. The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood and only a short stroll along the street will get you to the track onto the beach... which is an off-leash doggy beach. A short walk along the beach to track 37 is Chalet & Co for Coffee, breakfast or lunch. A little further along is Sunshine beach with more great coffee shops, cafes, restaurants & surf club. There is a bus stop at the end of the street if you want to leave your car and take the bus to Hastings St or to Peregian Beach. There is a bus stop 4 1/2 minutes walk from the apartment that goes North to Noosa Heads which is great at busy times when parking can be a challenge or you don't have your own vehicle. Also great when you would like to have dinner or watch the sunset over the ocean on Main Beach, Hastings St while enjoying a drink or two. Buses also go south to Peregian Beach where there are some lovely restaurants , cafes, coffee shops and an IGA supermarket. If you are adventurous you can take a bike ride around the area on the great pathways. We do have a port-a-cot if required for under 2's. The King Bed can be altered to King Singles for those requiring separate beds. Also provided are beach umbrella, beach mat , beach towels, doggy towel & doggy waste bags. We welcome a small quiet dog that is toilet trained & doesn't shed a lot of hair. Also that you keep them off the furniture & bed. There is a doggy door and we ask you clean up any out door toilet mess.

Our home offers a very relaxed floor plan and large outdoor living area where you can enjoy lovely Peregian Sunsets. The Peregian Beach Getaway has 3 bedrooms, 2/Queen sized beds, 1/ double bed with 1.5 bathroom equipped with all the kitchen necessities and appliances. The outdoor undercover deck is a lovely space to sit and relax. Sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Perfect location, only a 300m walk to beautiful Peregian Beach and Peregian’s main shopping square, restaurants, IGA and chemist.

This boutique complex has direct access to a quiet sandy beach.The riverside pool is shared by four townhouses. Hastings Street and Gympie Terrace are within easy walking distance. We are near Lake Weyba which has lovely walking tracks .There is a walking trail through the National Park to Peregian Beach (3kms). A rare find to be on a rural property abundant with Australian wildlife and only a short drive to several patrolled beaches, shops and excellent cafes in an exceptionally dog friendly area!

Our two level apartment is perfect for a weekend away or a long holiday. Ocean views and only a walk across the road to the beach. In the middle of Peregian beach . Amazing restaurants and cafes at your doorstep in a small complex Pets welcome with a $50 Please note smart tv has access to all streaming services but no free to air tv Couples are asked to use only one of the rooms . If you intend to use both rooms booking must be for 3 or 4 people to cover extra linen laundering

We’ve got the fastest internet available, but our bush location means it’s slow at best – the perfect excuse to unplug.

Peregian Sunsets

Completely separate with private entrance. Studio with the most beautiful view of the National Park stretching for miles to the horizon from just over the fence. Private Courtyard and deck to watch the sunsets. 8 minute walk to the beach and close to Peregian Village. Birds and other wildlife are abundant. At night it is very quiet with all of the stars visible in the huge sky. There is a microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. Fully airconditioned.
