Die seit Juni 2022 neu eröffnete Villa ist in ruhiger Lage und richtet sich an anspruchsvolle Paare, Alleinreisende und Familien, die Wert auf Ruhe und Qualität legen. Insgesamt ist Platz für 2-6 Personen. Die nächsten Strände Arilla und Karavostasi sind ca. 2 km entfernt. Das Dorf Perdika ist in ca. 3 km erreichbar, hier gibt es Supermärkte, Bäcker, Metzger, einige Tavernen und Bars. Sivota erreichen sie in 12 km und nach Parga sind es 18 km. Die Hafenstadt Igoumenitsa ist ca. 35 km entferrnt.

Πολυ ομορφο και φωτεινό διαμέρισμα, με μπαλκόνι με φοβερη θέα στο νησάκι της Αγίας Παρασκευής. Βρίσκεται στον δευτερο όροφο του οικήματος, . Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα ένα ζευγάρι με δυο παιδία Διαθέτει μικρη κουζίνα για την προετοιμασία ενός απλού γεύματος. Η θέση του οικήματος είναι ιδανική. Οι πολυάριθμες παραλίες των Συβότων (Μπέλα Βράκα, Ντράφι, Μέγα Άμμος, Μικρή αμμος) απέχουν το πολυ πεντε λεπτά. Τα υπέροχα Καραβοστάσι και Αριλλα μόλις δέκαπεντε λεπτά και η Πάργα απέχει 25 λεπτά.

ΤΟ ΝΗΣΑΚΙ(Κατσονήσι).Το Διαμάντι της Πέρδικας..Πάνω στα γαλάζια νερά του Ιονίου,σε έναν απομονωμένο,ήσυχο,καταπράσινο χώρο,με θέα την Θάλασσα και την φανταστική του παραλία.Ιδιωτική πρόσβαση στην παραλία απο πέτρινο μονοπάτι 180 μέτρων.Η πρόσβαση στον χώρο γίνεται με αυτοκίνητο σε δρόμο που στη μεγαλύτερη διαδρομή έχει σκυρόδεμα και κάποια τμήματα σκληρός χωματόδρομος και είναι γενικά σε καλή κατάσταση.Απέχει 1800 μέτρα από τον κεντρικό δρόμο και 4 χλμ απο το την Πέρδικα,ένα μεγάλο χωριό .
