Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km asphalt), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic fully renovated stone-built house of more than 150 years old, formerly used as a wine press tastefully decorated, it provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique small house is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a king size double bed, living room with sofa and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private garden. The old stables in Pera Meria

The property, is the old stables of our estate that we rebuilt to create a comfortable living space (Guest house), while respecting the local traditional architecture. If you like nature, the view of the Aegean, serenity and privacy, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the vacations you dream of and we hope you will love this place as much as we do. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a built-in sofa, a small kitchen and another bedroom with two single beds.

Villa Versailles is constructed of stone and comprises a functionally independent space which occupy an area of 77 m2 and further of 120 m2 of two terraces. The villa has huge private outdoor spaces in a land of 4 hectares (40,000m2), an amazing view over the sparkling blue Aegean sea, in a unique-quiet location, the greenest part of the island, dotted with rare old oak trees classified ''Natura 2000''. Sleeps 4 people. The wonderful beaches are only three km away.

Large terrace with pergola sunny and cool.A quiet alternative location, protected by environmental organizations.Friendly people, in the surrounding houses, family (URL HIDDEN) area is suitable for couples, activities for one person, families (with children) and pets. Possibility of direct contact with the natural environment and its exploration. A short path to beaches.

Agelos: Beachfront relaxation as never experienced

A serene place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The property is split into two separate levels/villas. Guests have their fully private level, Agelos villa, complete with living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms & toilet. They also have their own patio with sea view.
