A brand new and environmentally friendly designed luxury eco-lodge, which has been expertly and meticulously constructed using the finest timbers, with sustainability and comfort in mind. The interior is clad in the same materials as the exterior, adding a visual consistency to the property. The vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows create a bright and airy atmosphere. This retreat is ideally situated to fully enjoy the splendour that the Norfolk countryside and coastline have to offer.

Stay in a former Old English Cosy Pub, with three inglenook fire places. Located in a small village in West Norfolk 36 mins from coast and 21 mins from Royal Sandringham Estate. Pet Friendly, we welcome up to 3 dogs and charge £25 per dog per visit. Recently refurbished offering a large underfloor heated kitchen living room space along with the charm of original features. During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

Parsley Barn - Private Wing with Two Bedrooms

Parsley Barn, home of David and Su’en Miller, is a converted former coach house and stables fronting onto a quiet road in Great Massingham, 12 miles east of King’s Lynn and 9 miles to Sandringham. You will occupy a private wing comprising 2 charming bedrooms, games room with full-sized Snooker Table, garden room cum kitchenette-diner plus a private rear garden. For breakfast you can choose from freshly baked bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and homemade preserves.

Situated in the beautiful and peaceful village of Shouldham, which dates back to the Norman Conquest, is this idyllic little nest. The village boasts a friendly local pub which is only a five minute walk away and plenty of forest walks can be had in Shouldham Warren which is on the edge of the village. There are a variety of stately homes (including Sandringham) to visit, and the historic gateway town of Hunstanton, which allows easy access to the North Norfolk Coast, is not too far away

Fishing lake available for day and night tickets £10 for day £20 for 24 h. You wouldn't realise you are just minutes from the local town King's Lynn meaning nearby there is lots to do.
