Perfect for a holiday, family gatherings, birthday celebrations and hen/stag and bridal parties. Full refurbishment carried out in 2023. Children and dogs very welcome.

More than just a room, our stylish top-floor flat offers a comfy, private living space inside our family home. Accessed via our main hall, the flat has its own private door separating it from our living area below—the perfect base for your stay in Tunbridge Wells. To help you settle in, we provide a light breakfast starter kit (tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter & jam) for your first morning. Gluten-free or plant-based alternatives are available on request—just let us know before arrival.

Castle Cottage, Wadhurst

Wadhurst Castle Cottage is a charming Regency self catering holiday cottage with well proportioned rooms, creating a light, spacious holiday home for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, with sofa bed available in the sitting room. It has its own small secluded garden and is located in the parkland of historic Wadhurst Castle Estate, near Royal Tunbridge Wells and within easy reach of the seaside, London and Gatwick. It is well positioned for visiting a wealth of National Trust properties.

Charming barn conversion in the Kent countryside

Barneta is the annex of a converted barn and is set in an idyllic spot on a sheep farm in the heart of the Kentish countryside but only 10 minutes drive from Hildenborough train station with trains to London and the South Coast. All the amenities of Royal Tunbridge Wells are 20 minutes drive away. It is an excellent base for walking and there are many places of interest to discover such as Penshurst Place, Chiddingstone and Hever Castles with fantastic local pubs along the routes.

Relaxing cottage garden flat in village centre. Nestled next to the Church with country views and very close to the famous Penshurst Place. Ideal for attending a wedding. Set in beautiful Kent countryside and with marvellous walks. We are happy to welcome your well behaved dogs. The town of Tunbridge Wells with its lovely Pantiles, restaurants and theatre, along with Hever Castle are close at hand. The village boast three pubs with the Leicester Arms a stones throw away.

The Old Cowshed

White interiors with original mid century furniture, with splashes of colour in a converted cowshed. Outside you have access to miles walks of walks on your doorstep, including to the excellent local pubs. Perfectly placed for Penshurst Place, Hever Castle and the many other delights Kent offers.

The Old Apple Store

A lovely renovated old apple store in Kent. Featuring a pretty double bedroom and mezzanine floor with futon. Guests have their own garden to enjoy in the summer or a wood burner inside to cosy up to in winter. Situated in the countryside, a short drive to Tunbridge Wells. There are a huge range of activities and sights nearby including the lovely Penshurst Place. There are also so many fantastic places to eat and drink giving guests a lot of options to keep busy.

Perfectly presented picture postcard cottage, on the edge of the Ashdown Forest, the inspiration for the Winnie-The-Pooh books and 3 minutes drive to the historic village of Hartfield for the village store, Pooh Corner tea rooms, pubs and farm shop. This is a great location to explore the Kent & Sussex countryside. The spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive and only 45 minutes to the South Coast. We are family friendly.

Escape to a peaceful private studio surrounded by countryside and woodland, moments from Hever Castle. Designed for two, with a king-size bed, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, fast Wi-Fi and your own garden. Explore beautiful walks, historic villages and country pubs, then return to relax in nature. Dogs are welcome, and guests can also book a private pottery experience at our on-site pottery studio, subject to availability
