We are walking distance to the lake, pool, playgrounds & basketball courts! The living room has an 82" TV and double sided gas fireplace open to the dining room. The heated garage has arcade games, a pool table, foosball and shuffleboard. The backyard has a deck, BBQ, fire pit and outdoor games. We are close to Blue Mountain, Jack Frost and Big Boulder ski resort.

While it is not an actual tree house, it is a carriage house surrounded by trees on most sides.
