Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

This is a basement apartment in my personal home with its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchen. Parking is on the street in front of the house and there’s a concrete walkway that takes you down to the entrance. It’s a studio style apartment with your own thermostat, a king bed, ceiling fans, over 500 sqft, and a fenced backyard for your pup if you bring one. Completely updated and remodeled one of a kind farmhouse on .97 acres, minutes from the Clemson campus. Perfect getaway for families or groups in town for Clemson events or time on the lake. Large, eat in kitchen on main level with two living areas. 2 BR/3 BA on main level, 3BR/2BA on second level. Home is pet friendly with a maximum of 2 pets for an additional $50 per stay in addition to the $150 cleaning fee. No parties or excessive noise as the home sits in a quiet residential area.

Right among the pines of South Carolina you will find our cottage. It's 5 minutes from the Historic Ram Cat Alley with Live Outdoor music every Thursday Night (Apr.-Oct.), Shopping, Boutiques, Restaurants, Breweries, and Coffee Shops. It's only 12 minutes from Clemson University, and a short drive to Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee, and Lake Hartwell. This area is home to numerous Waterfalls, Hiking Trails, and good southern barbecue. We do not host work crews.
