On the main level, the great room/dining room is open to the kitchen. 4 bedrooms total, 3 king bedrooms (2 on first floor), 1 king and a bunk room with 2 doubles and 2 singles. A canoe, 2 paddle boards and 2 double kayaks included. Shuffleboard, foosball, outdoor Ping-Pong, board games and two person pac-man game, with additional 60 games! towels and linens included! As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.
