Yr Hen Stabl is a dog friendly, converted farm stable full of character and charm. It is simply furnished with antique Welsh furniture and textiles. The cosy interior with wood burning stove offers a comfortable space in which to relax after long walks in the Brecon Beacons or from which to work remotely. Based near to the waterfalls, the cottage provides easy access to outdoor activities such as wild swimming, gorge walking and hiking. It is also conveniently situated for the Gower coast.

A family-friendly two bedroom maisonette conveniently located on the edge of Glynneath. Whatever brings you to the town, our place is ideal for those wanting to make the most of nearby attractions such as: Waterfall country (exactly 1 mile away), Brecon Beacons, Bike Park Wales, Pen-Y-Fan, Dan Yr Ogof caves, Penderyn Distillery etc. Dog-friendly with free on site parking for two cars, plenty of local amenities within walking distance such as the Co-op convenience & various takeaway outlets.

Shepherd's Hut in Brecon Beacons

Escape to the Bannau Brychieniog / Brecon Beacons National Park and stay in our cosy shepherd's hut. The 'Bee Hive' hut is close to the village of Penderyn and next to Beili Helyg Farm. The hut has a double bed, kitchen & dining area with folding table, fridge & ice box, combi microwave oven, double induction hob and Belfast sink. There is a shower room with flushing toilet. Below the master bed is an alcove with a futon for a child to sleep comfortably. Decking, fire pit, BBQ, WiFi & TV.

The Bwthyn - a tiny cruck-beamed cottage, situated at the confluence of two streams, tastefully restored to offer a place of peace in beautiful surroundings in the Brecon Beacons National Park, close to Pen y Fan & Black Mountains. A cosy quiet space to stop and breathe, with walks at all levels from the door. Quaint cottage situated in the heart of the waterfall country. Enjoy the beautiful surrounding areas with the four waterfall walk on your door step! This one bedroom cottage consists of one double bed, one single bed and also has one very comfy sofa! There is a fully fitted kitchen including a washing machine/tumble perfect for cleaning those muddy clothes after your waterfall walk. Outdoor balcony area over looking the river, perfect for breakfast al fresco! We are pet friendly too!

Cartref is a mid terraced stone built cottage. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a large comfortable lounge with a small dining area, a fully fitted kitchen.Check in after 3pm,check out before 11am. Unfortunately we do not allow pets in the cottage.There is on street parking outside the cottage but is on a first come basis.If you arrive and no parking just put a note on windscreen to say you are in the cottage with arch over front door .

Ty Glannant - cosy house, close to waterfalls.

Ty Glannant is a recently renovated stone house built in 1900. The house is situated in a great location to explore some of the best attractions in South Wales. A short walk will take you to Waterfall country and the entrance to Sgwd Gwladys, as well as many other fantastic countryside walks within the Brecon Beacons National Park. A short drive will take you to Pen Y Fan, Dan yr Ogof Caves, Zipworld Tower, Bike Park Wales and the beautiful Gower coastline.
