We absolutely loved spending some time at this charming home!! Everything was clean, well organized, peaceful and full of character. We only wish we would have had more time to spend in Grinnell! This was a great home away from home while we visited our daughter who lives just minutes away. The place was clean, attractive, and comfortable, and we appreciated the off-street parking. Ryan was very friendly and a great host. We will definitely visit again!

The price for the space was very reasonable. When there was an occasion that we needed something, Mark was very quick to assist. This was my first air bnb rental, and i hope they would all be this easy.

Great place for us. Had essentials needed. Host was responsive with communication, check in easy. Iowa State University short and easy distance. Basement area is private and had its own bathroom. Close to Mucky Duck which had great food. Plan to be back. Craig

Our boys had a baseball tournament and there were two field locations. Eric’s place was in the perfect spot in between and had so many restaurant options nearby. Staying here made the weekend so easy. And if you’re looking for Italian, a nearby spot that got double thumbs up from our boys and my husband was Cosi Cucina.

The apartment was as described. My daughters loved it, especially with all of the windows and the patio. It looks like it is a fair distance from Des Moines, but is a straight shoot in on the interstates to downtown. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook, even though we didn’t have time. The beds were all comfortable. The welcome book was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us.

Had a great stay at Sheryl's place. Appreciated the access to skywalk within the building as it was cold in Des Moines during my stay. Good amount of kitchen tools and staples for simple meal fixes.

Absolutely loved how cozy, and peaceful Tiffani’s place was. Very clean we felt right at home. Will definitely stay again if shed have us.

James was a great host. Always responded in a timely manner. Place was in a super fun location. He also left 3 gift cards for some local spots which was super thoughtful of him! We definitely enjoyed that.

Great place to stay. My family and I felt right at home in this cozy apartment in the prime part of Des Moines. You will love the comfort and convenience of this place as if you live here! I hope to book again the next time we are in town!

The home is exactly as pictured and described. Extremely clean, roomy, and well-appointed — Eon provided coffee and water and plenty of all necessities. Driveway parking. Close to everything we needed to be close to. Eon’s communication was A+. The neighborhood is a little run-down, but we felt perfectly safe and the neighbors were quiet. Would visit again.

We needed a place to stay for a week and was nice and quiet. We asked about internet and cable and he came the very next day. Was very helpful

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Becky’s place. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made it a perfect spot to relax. There were plenty of things to do nearby, and we enjoyed exploring the area. Becky was very responsive and easy to reach whenever we had questions. We did have a small issue with the door, but she was quick to help and made sure everything was taken care of. The space felt cozy and comfortable—just like home. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed here for several weeks for a temporary residence before moving into our new home. The residence had everything we needed, it was great place for our dog, and was near everything. Josiah was proactive with communication and always helpful.

The place was perfect for us. It was extremely clean and furnished. Check in and out was super easy. All toiletries and towels, coffee, etc were provided. We only wished the hot tub was open on weekends. The gym was also a perk as I used it once. We would definitely stay here again for another ISU game!

The apartment was in a perfect location for what we needed. It is a short walk to coffee, restaurants and groceries. Enjoyed the hot tub and fitness center. We appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit, the beds were comfortable, and the place was clean. It was easy to get in and out of with onsite parking. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice building with secured access. In a bit of a revitalization neighborhood with some mix of updated buildings and businesses. Mild construction sites & sounds.

I have stay at Ron’s place a couple time and it’s super comfy.

El departamento increíble, buen espacio, la limpieza buena y buena vista de las habitaciones hacia el exterior , me toco ver nevar y afuera se veía genial, un lugar increíble para pasar el fin de semana con la familia y buena ubicación. El host siempre fue amable y estaba atento a las dudas que tenía. Lo recomiendo si quieres pasar unos días en AMES.
