We stayed at Jyrki’s flat during our time in Rovaniemi and it has definitely been an important factor for us to enjoy our trip here. Located right in the centre of the city and everything is within a short walk. For places that are further there are bus stations all around you. The flat was immaculately clean and new, compact but felt like home. There was clear instruction of everything inside the house. We arrived early and Jyrki very kindly offered us to store the luggage in the storage in basement. Jyrki has been very helpful throughout the stay and I highly recommend anyone travelling to Rovaniemi staying with Jyrki.

Asunto oli upea, käytännöllinen ja loistavalla sijainnilla. Keskustan palveluihin lyhyt kävelymatka ja toimiva julkinen liikenne lähellä, jolla kävimme myös napapiirillä joulupukkia tervehtimässä. Ida vastasi aina nopeasti ja auttoi kysyttäessä, kiitos paljon. Tänne uudestaan!

Estuvimos con nuestros tres hijos en Semana Santa y una estancia perfecta. Nos pareció que la realidad de la casa superaba en mucho a las fotos del anuncio. Por encima de nuestras expectativas. Urho muy amable, nos recibió, nos enseñó la casa, nos explicó con detalle y nos dio sugerencias locales. La casa muy bien localizada, en calle muy tranquila y con plaza de aparcamiento muy cómoda. Cerca de todo en Rovaniemi y muy bien comunicada para salir en coche. Muy confortable y acogedor, pasamos unos días muy cómodos y como en nuestra casa. La sauna, un valor añadido y una forma de probar costumbres finlandesas La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario, con electrodomésticos nuevos y no echamos en falta nada. Un placer haber conocido a Urho y volveríamos sin dudarlo si repetimos destino!!

Lindo local, a anfitriã nos ajudou permitindo fazer checkin mais cedo. So faltou microondas, de resto tudo maravilhoso.

Ilkka is a great person. When I Bought the apartment I told him we care about cleaning and apartment was definitely very clean when we got there. Ilkka has cared about a lot of our 4 years old son and he liked Ilkka very much. Also House is in the very center of the city you can go where ever you want by walk but we had already rented a car so we went everywhere within 5 mins. Also house is near activities company's. So you can walk to companies like safartica and lapland safaries so that they can lead you any activities you want. It was a great trip for us hope to see him next year.

Siisti ja toimiva asunto! Keittiöstä löytyi se mitä tarvittiin. Vauvallekin oli omat petivaatteet :) yhteydenpito todella helppoa, voin suositella!

Posizione ottima, in riva al fiume. Joonatan e i co-host sono molto gentili e disponibili. L’appartamento è moderno, spazioso e fornito di tutto il necessario e anche di più. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Super consigliato!

Would highly recommend this property. Beautiful views. Modern amenities. Host was extremely helpful. Have equipment on site for you use. Host can help with setting up excursions. Would definitely return

Hemos pasado 5 días en casa de Daiva fantásticos. La casa tiene de todo, super cómoda, super cerca aunque nosotros teníamos coche de alquiler. La sauna es un plus,los trineos para los peques otro plus. Recomiendo mucho esta casa y volvería a repetir encantada

We recently stayed in Minnas house and it was just perfect. The house is beautiful inside and is very cozy and homely. It has fantastic views out the back looking over the frozen lake and there is a little hill down to the lake which the kids used for sledding (Minna had lots of sleighs left outside for the kids to use which was very kind). The location is great as its in a little quite neighborhood in nature but also only a short drive to shops and the centre. Minna is a great host and is very reachable and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for having us.

The house and surroundings are absolutely stunning. Me and my group all agreed it was the best Air BnB we have ever stayed in, hands down! I would highly recommend this property, you won't regret it.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach großartig! Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Tomi war super freundlich, kommunikativ und stets hilfsbereit, wenn es Fragen gab. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Polarlichter zu erkunden, und ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Miia is a great host. She is super helpful and help us a lot before we arrive Rovaniemi. The house is such a beautiful place to stay, be it the house environment or their surrounding area. It is too big for 4 of us but we did enjoyed it due to great location in front of the lake. We experienced Northern Light just in front of the balcony. Very recommended to stay! Worth it! the accommodation was perfect, there were seven of us including two small girls and we had no problems of any kind. The house was very well-kept and clean, the spaces were large and comfortable, the location was perfect. Having rented a van we always moved around easily, we could reach the city in 5 minutes, the view was wonderful and the large windows allowed you to admire it even from inside the house. The large garden allowed the girls to have fun in the snow whenever they wanted, a few steps away there is also a playground. The house is a 10 minute drive from three perfect areas to go and see the aurora, the most convenient is perhaps Olkkajärvi Rest Stop, however if the sky is clear you can also admire it from the garden of the house. We couldn't have hoped for better!

The accommodation was perfect for our stay in Rovaniemi. The flat is very central and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The flat is furnished to a very high standard and you immediately feel at home. I can really recommend it! Leena is a great host and was always easy to contact.

Hôte très sympathique nous avons été bien accueillis. Asko a pris le temps de nous expliquer comment fonctionnait les différents équipements du logement et nous a donnés plusieurs conseils pour profiter au maximum de notre séjour.

Huoneisto oli siisti ja sijainti hyvä. Parkkipaikkoja löytyi hyvin ihan läheltä. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli helppoa. Kaikki sujui mainiosti.

L'appartement proposé par Ansa est joliment décoré avec des pièces spacieuses et chambres séparées, équipement complet. L'immeuble est ancien mais au calme et proche du centre ville. Ansa est très réactive et nous a donné des recommandations de visite et restaurants judicieuses. Très bon séjour.

Nimensä veroinen Lapin Pesä. Kauniit vanhat huonekalut, astiat juhlavia. Helppo asustaa, ei yhtään porrasta.

kiki's place is about 15mins walk to the city centre (~1km). it was okay for us to walk to and fro daily (had to clock in those steps! 😂). otherwise, the stay was amazinggggg!! her place felt so warm & cozy. there was also a file with instructions and even recommendations on the activities that we can do here! it's also a short walk away from the museum—Arktikum.

The house is very clean and the environment is comfortable. What is surprising is the large window in the kitchen, where you can enjoy the night sky and even the aurora while dining. The owner was very kind and willing to help us a lot, we are very grateful to him. If I come to Rovaniemi next time, I will stay here again.
