Sunny and spacious home on the water with linens, AC, EV Charger, dock and roof patio. Home has modern appliances, bbq, fire pit, washer and dryer, as well as cookware, and dinnerware. Each bedroom includes private bath with shower and 2 have tubs. Master BR has private patio with great views. "Elderly friendly" with easy access. Newport Beach Shack Upper, a stylish classic

The private second floor of our home (we live downstairs); completely remodeled. This is a classic 1960's beach house with new windows, doors, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, paint, furnishings, appliances - you name it. We are super proud of the finished look and know it will make a wonderful home away from home! Style is an eclectic mix of beachy mid-century (read: FUN). Must be 25 to book; booker must also stay. Do not book this for your kids. Owner managed with attention to detail.

Welcome to "Grammy's house" on Grand Canal. Step out your front door and take a house kayak or paddle board for a spin. If you walk out the back door, you're a few feet away from Balboa's main avenue with restaurants, shops, and most importantly, Dad's frozen banana stand. If you want to go farther, take the beach cruisers in the garage around the island or to Newport on the Balboa Ferry. Better yet, settle in and relax on the porch overlooking the water.
