In the small streets of Leonidio and very close to the center is situated the guest house ‘Folia’. Stone house with fully equipped kitchen and private terrace. The interior spaces, the stone walls and the fireplace provide a cozy feeling like the bird’s nest (hence the name Folia). Ideal choice for a couple’s vacation. Traditional Cottage

Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται σε ένα γραφικό χωριό, μόλις 9 χιλιόμετρα από το Λεωνίδιο. Αποτελείται από 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες, 1 κουζίνα με καθιστικό και 1 μπάνιο. Στο σπίτι υπάρχει ένας τεράστιος περιφραγμένος κήπος 200 τετραγωνικών μέτρων με 2 καταπράσινες κληματαριές και 1 μηλιά. Από το μπαλκόνι του σπιτιού απολαμβάνεις τη μοναδική θέα του προφήτη Ηλία και του καταπράσινου βουνού. Μόλις 10 μέτρα από το σπίτι βρίσκεται η παιδική χαρά. Επίσης 100 μέτρα από το σπίτι είναι η ταβέρνα και το καφενείο του χωριού. Η παραλία της πλάκας είναι 9 χιλιόμετρα από το σπίτι. Η παραλία στο Φωκιανό είναι 25 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Θα είναι μεγάλη μας χαρά να σας φιλοξενήσουμε στο σπίτι μας. Για οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία μη διστάσετε να επικοινωνήσετε μαζί μας.

Διώροφη κατοικία 154τμ δίπλα στη θάλασσα στον οικισμό Σαμπατική Αρκαδίας. Απέχει 5 χιλιόμετρα από το Λεωνίδιο (περίπου δέκα λεπτά οδήγησης). Διαθέτει 3 υπνοδωμάτια στον πρώτο όροφο (2 υ/δ με διπλό κρεβάτι και 1 υ/δ με δύο μονά) καθώς και δύο μπάνια. Έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, άνετο σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία. Η κατοικία κλιματίζεται πλήρως. Διαθέτει δύο σκεπαστές βεράντες με θέα στη θάλασσα και μεγάλο κήπο. Δωρεάν χρήση wi-fi & 2 smart TV (+Netflix) διατίθενται στους επισκέπτες του καταλύματος.

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Relax in this tranquil, elegant and fairytale space with multi-level sunny courtyards!!! The Country House is located in the old alleys of Leonidio and consists of 2 levels. On the first level there is a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen, while on the upper floor there are a bathroom and two bedrooms that communicate with each other with an internal wooden staircase. From both levels there is access to the outside areas of the house! Enjoy unique moments!

Vom Haus aus erreicht man den wunderschönen Strand der St. George Bucht in nur 60 Metern zu Fuss. Alle Häuser liegen in einer Parkanlage mitten in der Natur umgeben von alten Olivenbäumen. Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting.
