It's our 5th time at Mednieki, and we can't wait to go back again. The place is beautiful and serene, and Martin and Jana are the best of hosts: kind, unintrusive, yet attentive. Jana prepares the most delicious healthy breakfast. I watched birds right outside of our window and saw a fox going on its way in the nearby fields. It's as perfect a getaway as one can wish for. Thank you so much for welcoming us!

Wow. Just wow. When looking for a comfortable, out-of-the-way, isolated location to have a staff retreat, Ameļkrogs was exactly what we had in mind. Spacious, yet cozy. Full of amenities, yet simple. Remote, yet close to town. Elizabeth and Martiņš were so kind and helpful. Couldn't have asked for better hosts and communication. The only surprise we had was just how much we felt at home there. Hopefully, we can return there for our next retreat.

The place has the most unique and amazing location in Kuldīga - right next to Ventas rumba. Everything is just like told. Place is nice and clean. Hosts are friendly and welcoming. It is really worth to visit!

Both this apartment and Kuldiga itself were absolutely charming and wonderful. The location was perfect—right next to a beautiful park and just a block from the Kalku area which had an amazing restaurant, brewery, and coffee roaster. Everything else was a pleasant 5-10 minute walk. The apartment itself was comfortable and restful with easy parking.

Izvēlējāmies Lapsu Sētu, jo atradās labā attālumā no vietējiem apskates punktiem (Kuldīga ļoti īsā brauciena attālumā, 6minūtes no mājiņas), kā arī meklējām namiņu, lai varētu palikt ar diviem mazajiem un četriem pieaugušajiem - visiem vietas pietika! Namiņš atbilda aprakstam, kā arī saimniece Agita bija ļoti atsaucīga un atbildēja uz visiem jautājumiem ļoti ātri. Liela virtuve ar visu nepieciešamo ēst gatavošanai (plīts, cepeškrāsns, kafijas aparāts, virtuves piederumi un rīki bija pietiekoši), tāpat arī pieejama veļasmašīna. Lai gan mājiņa atrodas blakus citām ēkām teritorijā, absolūti nekādā veidā netraucēja. Pagalmā arī šūpoles un slidkalniņš mazajiem. Varbūt namiņu būtu nepieciešams nedaudz atsvaidzināt, bet tas nekādi neietekmēja mūsu palikšanu. Ja plānosies nākamie ceļojumi šajā rajonā, noteikti apskatīsim šo kā pirmo iespēju, kā arī droši varam to ieteikt citiem.

Patīkama vide, ārpus pilsētas drūzmas, paldies par iespēju palikt. Noteikti iesaku citiem izmēģināt šādu iespēju. Tīra, patīkama, sakārtota māja un vide. Viss saprotams un viegli atrodams. Patīkama komunikācija ar īpašnieku. Paldies, ar cieņu, Brigita Anna.

If you want to stay in Sabile for a few days, as we did, it is a perfect place - very close to the centre but a little bit outside, quiet. The cabin seems to be small but it is spacy, comfortable, very nice decorated, with all facilities needed. And the big windows are really very special - they make a frame to the green trees. Diana is very responsive, with great tips for activities around. We will be back because of canoeing of the next part of Abava:)
