Great place! Close to the metro, grocery store, and lots of restaurants! I would definitely stay again!

Ήταν όλα όπως τα είδαμε στις φωτογραφίες. Ο χώρος όλος είναι πεντακάθαρος. Η Μαίρη ήταν πάντα εκεί όταν τη χρειαστήκαμε και απόλυτα κατατοπιστική στα πάντα. Ο χώρος πάρα πολύ φιλόξενος κι ιδιέταιρα το μπαλκονάκι εκπληκτικό για να χαλαρώνεις. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα…. Σίγουρα θα σε ξαναπροτιμήσουνε Μαίρη….!!!

Το σπίτι είναι ακριβώς όπως στην περιγραφή, καθαρό, φιλική αντιμετώπιση, άμεση επικοινωνία και εξυπηρέτηση, πολύ βολικό για όσους έχουν δουλειά στά γύρω νοσοκομεία και εταιρείες. Θα τό επηλεξω ξανά χωρίς ενδιάμεσους......

The unit is new modern renovation, very clean, quiet and great location just 5 minutes walk to the beach, bus, Starbucks, good restaurants, mini markets. We're traveling almost 3 months from Malaysia to Greece, this is the first place that the bathroom shower water doesn't wet the floor :). Jonathas is very kind host, he let us check-in early and help us checking for the bus route to Temple of Poseidon. The Ktel bus from Athens to Temple of Poseidon stop at Batis bus station, about 1.2km. We waited for Ktel bus departed in Athens at 3pm and the bus arrived at Batis bus station at 3:42pm, we raised hand to call the bus and got to Temple of Poseidon for beautiful sunset, then took same bus back leaved at 6:30pm. Also, about 20-30 minutes to visit Athens center attractions and nearby beach towns. We love to come back next time for longer stay.

We had a lovely stay with our 2 kids. Tarsi arranged a baby crib for our 1-year-old and an ekstra bed for our daughter in the living room. The location is perfect! And the view from the living room is absolute amazing we enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking a beer and watching the beautiful diner after the kids had been put to bed☺️ We were also grateful that we could have a late check out on our departure day. We would happily come again and can recommend for others to visit.

So close to the port, so if you plan to stay in athens but also want to go the islands it will be a good option. Clean and comfy house, near to the LIDL market, great bakery, average coffee shops.

Το κατάλυμα του Ανδρέα ήταν πολύ όμορφο κ ο ίδιος εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης τόσο κατά τη διάρκεια όσο κ μετά την αναχώρηση. Καθαρό , φωτεινό κ ακριβώς όπως εμφανίζεται στην καταχώρηση. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους τους επισκέπτες της περιοχής.

Es war ein Vergnügen, in dieser Unterkunft zu wohnen! Die Kommunikation mit Chryssa war super – immer schnell und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war nicht nur sauber, sondern auch großzügig geschnitten und modern eingerichtet. Ein weiteres Plus war der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, was den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler machte. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der eine gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Bleibe sucht.

It was the personal touch from Clara that really made this stay for us. A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. Amazing hospitality. This was a last-minute, late evening booking due to an unforeseen change in travel. Panayotis was very responsive and incredibly generous in offering to give me a ride when he was already in the area and then storing my luggage in the morning for an hour past the check-out time I didn't have time to take full advantage of the upstairs veranda but enjoyed my walk to the little chapel nearby and along the coastline. Panayotis also offered some suggestions for the next leg of travel in Greece.

Die Unterkunft von Aris ist sehr schön. Bei Eintritt ins Haus hat man sich wohl gefühlt! Der Garten ist so chillig und es ist von der Lage her perfekt für uns gewesen, da wir Familie in Peristeri wohnen haben! Aris war immer erreichbar und die Kommunikation war tadellos! Beim nächsten Osterfest ist er wieder unsere erste Wahl!

We had a wonderful time in Aegina and a great part of that was due to this lovely apartment. The flat is beautifully designed, it’s spacious, comfortable and a in a great location. The hosts were very welcoming and flexible. They were attentive to all our needs and made us feel right at home and really cared for. They provided wonderful recommendations for things to see, places to go to and restaurants to try. Aegina has so much to offer and would definitely recommend this place as your base to explore the island, relax and have a wonderful time.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Umgebung von Nafplio zu erkunden. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Obwohl wir Timi nicht persönlich getroffen haben, hat er immer sofort auf Nachrichten regiert und alle Fragen sofort beantwortet, inklusive Restauranttipps. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετική από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, όμορφα διακοσμημένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική — ήσυχη αλλά ταυτόχρονα κοντά σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν φιλική, εξυπηρετική και πάντα διαθέσιμη για οποιαδήποτε απορία είχαμε. Μας έδωσε πολύτιμες συμβουλές για την περιοχή και φρόντισε να νιώθουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

There is an access from elevator direct to the apartment. Interesting design. The apartment is bright. There is a lot of windows with nice views. From the bedroom there is an access to the balcony and the roof top, where is very comfortable place to take a cup of coffee looking to the bay and the city. The view is nice both at night and daytime. There is a washing machine, and it is very important for me. The is no microwave, but you may use the owen to preheat your food. In general the apartment is full of things for comfortable life. It is silent and you don’t hear the neighbors. The way to the sea takes only 15 minutes by walking. Recommended. This beautifully renovated apartment was the perfect place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. From seamless check-in to flawless high-end finishes, everything was perfect for our six-day stay. The well stocked kitchen had everything needed for long-term stays and the endless hot water showers were a luxury. Comfortable beds with blackout shades ensured great sleep, and the spacious patio with olive trees, loungers, and dining area was a highlight. In a quiet, safe neighborhood, it’s a short walk to bakeries, markets, great coffee, butcher, and delicious souvlaki at Σουβλάκια Γκούμας. Top restaurants like Soteza and Hong Kong are nearby, with the metro 15 minutes away. Our only choice in Athens—highly recommend!

We felt like we were at home and we were welcomed like family. What a great experience and I hope we can return soon. Thank you thank you thank you for everything.
