Oly's Relaxing Vintage Sea View House

Oly's house is a relaxing vintage stone house by the sea. Situated at the magnificent area of Amoni, is just an hour and a half from Athens, half an hour from Corinth and Ancient Epidaurus and many other landmarks such as Mycenaes, Nafplion, Porto Heli and many more. It is ideal if you just want to relax watching the sea, or do some sightseeing. You have the choice of jumping off the rocks to the sea just under the house, or visit one of the three beaches found in the area. The choice is yours.

Villa Salanti

Villa Salanti offers a serene retreat featuring two private beaches. Just a few meters from the beach, a patio invites you to enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. Inside the house, you'll find two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with comfortable seating, and one and a half bathrooms. In the evenings, a terrace provides a perfect place to witness spectacular sunsets. Aditionally, the villa promotes environmental responsibility by relying on solar energy harvested from its rooftop.

Το Almiri's house είναι ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και εξοπλισμένο σπίτι κατάλληλο για τις οικογενειακές και ήσυχες διακοπές που πάντα θέλατε. Οι χώροι του σπιτιού είναι άνετοι και φωτεινοί και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Περιβάλλεται από έναν μεγάλο και προσεγμένο κήπο καθώς και ιδιωτικό χώρο πάρκινγκ. Στο πίσω μέρος βρίσκεται μια αυλή προκειμένου εκεί τα παιδιά σας να απολαμβάνουν το παιχνίδι τους. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση μόλις 150μ από τη γραφική παραλία Κοκκώσι. A beautiful and sunny 65sqm apartment + 65 sq.m cycladic style terrace. The appartment is located in Piraiki the most idyllic area of Piraeus. Piraiki is famous for fish taverns and the best Sunset of Athens. Beach,tavernas,bus stop,supermarket,bakery are all within walking distance. Ideal location for those who are interested in island hopping. Most of the Greek Islands are linked by ferry to Piraeus Port and our house is only 10 minutes far from the port.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
