Kingfisher Lodge on Coochie (Pet friendly)

Welcome to Kingfisher Lodge on Coochie :) If you are after a place to unwind, relax and touch base with nature, this is the holiday destination for you. Coochie is approximately 35 kms from Brisbane CBD and 1 km off the mainland from Victoria Point. Access via the passenger ferry or vehicular barge, $80 return. Coochie boasts 4 kms of white sandy beaches, perfect for swimming, beach walking, kayaking, boating and fishing. The Lodge is located on the Main Beach side, a 200m stroll to the beach.

The property is gated so your belongings are always safe. 5 min drive to shops, cafes, cinemas & Sirromet Winery. 10 mins drive to island ferries. NO parties/events OR entertaining permitted. NO 3rd party bookings accepted as this is against our/airbnb policy. No charging of EV’s. NO SMOKING

The Oyster Hut

Unique features include hand-milled timber, sandstone walls, double spa, and indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Bring your paddleboards or kayaks to experience the dugongs and turtles of Moreton Bay with high-tide waterfront access. Just 10 minutes drive from world-class beaches, indulge in a secluded side of Straddie few get to experience.

The Warragi complex consists of five luxury townhouses perched high on the hill overlooking the Coral Sea. The elevated position (entering from Pratt Court), provides unobstructed panoramic ocean views, spanning from Moreton Island to Cylinder Beach. Warragi unit two is set over three levels, with each of the three bedrooms having their own bathroom. The townhouse comfortably sleeps six, and a trundle bed will cater for a seventh guest. The complex has an infinity-edged pool for all to use.

Dugong Place is a comfortable, unpretentious, three bedroom home, on beautiful Macleay Island. Located a five-minute walk from the ferry & barge terminal. Includes private jetty, large deck with big views to Karragarra, Lamb & North Stradbroke Islands, as well as complimentary kayaks (bring your own life jackets), for guest use. An ideal location for a romantic getaway, exploring the Southern Moreton Bay Isles, or aquatic activities. Dugong Place is a genuine retreat and home away from home.

Overlooking the peaceful beauty of Tingalpa Reservoir, located along a quiet no-through road dotted with similarly executive homes, as you drive over the hill, it feels like you have entered another world. Set on over 8000m² of land, our Lake Cabin offers that magical sense of escape, yet has two major shopping centres and everyday amenities just a few minutes’ drive away. Altogether, it’s a peaceful and private lakeside escape to relax and unwind.

The Oyster Shack: Perfect Retro Beach House

A cosy renovated 1940's ANZAC home with a large deck, backyard and original 50s kitchen with modern amenities. Situated on a quiet street in the heart of the Koala habitat, you are bound to see some of these on your trip. Kangaroos frequently visit, and if you are lucky, you may see Sugar Gliders. Only a short walk to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. Perfect for a relaxing holiday, fishing and enjoying the unique beauty of Amity.

Great energy, peaceful and tranquil, with easy access to everything from this centrally located space. We are between forest and ocean including Stradbroke island and many other local islands. You can be hiking one day, and sitting by, or on the water in a tranquil environment the next.

Adrift at Amity

Relax with the whole family at this air conditioned peaceful place to stay. Right in the centre of Amity Point, close to Amity Pavillon, general store & post office. Easy walk to boat ramp and jetty for swimming, fishing & dolphin spotting. You can often observe koalas and kangaroos around our property from the large deck. My husband and I have a granny flat downstairs which is completely separate to your space upstairs.
