This is no sterile rental, it's our family home away from home. Ideal for 4, the house suits couples or families. The cottage is a stone's throw from the main street, and all amenities. 'Flat Oot' is a first floor, fully reburbished two kingsize bedroom apartment in the heart of Peebles. We are currently working on enclosing our garden area but it already has a bike storage unit and picnic table. Directly outside our private close you are spoilt with restaurants, bars, boutique shops and art galleries. The world renowned Glentress mountain bike venue and 'GoApe' are two miles away, beautiful walks into the local hills, salmon fishing and golf are all on the doorstep.

Situated in Peebles, our Beautiful traditional stone built house. Unique getaway in the heart of the Scottish Borders. Private garden and spaces to sit out and enjoy some well earned rest.
