Ocean front paradise with private tropical vibe

1-2 ADULTS ONLY, NO EXCEPTION. ONLY GUEST ON RESERVATION ARE WELCOMED. tropical paradise. Palm trees, waves, fishing, ocean breeze and salt air to provide medicine to the soul. This space is designed to chill. The neighborhood is quiet. many places to visit like La Playita, Playa Venao (7 min driving) which has many places to visit and eat. Isla iguana for a day of adventure is recommended. Desk area to work with high speed internet. Bird watching/beach home with a sacred ambiance to enjoy!

In the park of Andromeda. The house is suitable for 4-6 people, there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms with hot and cold water and a sofa bed (1,87 x 1,13) in the living room; for 1 adult or 2 small childeren. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second has two single beds. The covered carport for for 2 cars; has a (standard outlet) charging for an electric car. Bedrooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning and wireless internet. Shared pool and beach club are a 5 min. walk.

There are 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and an extra bathroom for guests, full kitchen, living room, and a beautiful terrace to rest with friends and family. The house has a 65" Samsung Smart TV/Apple TV, 130MB Wi-Fi internet in each room, & air conditioning. Our facilities at the oceanfront clubhouse & restaurant are exquisite.

Two other bedrooms with two Double-Bed each. All rooms with Bathroom and closet. Separate Kitchen & Dinning room with a relaxing view of the Ocean and wilderness.
