Deliziosa location con vista mozzafiato

La Casa dei Limoni vi accoglie con la sua vista mozzafiato sul Golfo Paradiso e sul Promontorio di Portofino. E' situata a poca distanza da Camogli e Portofino; sono facilmente, raggiungibili le Cinque Terre e Genova. Il parcheggio all'interno del Condominio favorisce l'accesso comodo all'appartamento. Un ampio terrazzo attrezzato, affacciato su una vista tuttotondo, permette di passare momenti indimenticabili. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a circa 1 km raggiungibile a piedi o in macchina.

Apartment in a spectacular location with exceptional views over the marine protected area of Portofino. Beautifull equipped accomodation recently built. One room with kitchenette, double bed sofa and bathroom. Stunning sea view. The apartment is independent from the main house. However guests have the advantage of being able to share a large mediterranean garden with a barbecue area. The apartment is situated in a no-traffica area and can be reached by a five minutes walk. L'inverno al Tigullio Rocks

Monolocale al Tigullio Rocks, vicino al mare Sembra quasi di poterlo toccare e di notte si sente il rumore delle onde. PER FAVORE LEGGETE: lavori di manutenzione straordinaria non consentono di scendere a piedi o con la nostra funivia sulla nostra spiaggia privata e di utilizzare la piscina. Appartamento situato al primo piano, finemente arredato, a un minuto dal mare e dal centro di Santa Margherita Ligure. Presenti due camere da letto, una con letto matrimoniale, un’altra con un letto singolo, dall’ingresso abbiamo poi il salotto con divano letto a disposizione e cucina completa di fornelli a gas, forno, utensili da cucina, frigorifero e freezer, bicchieri, posate e prosecco di benvenuto! Presente inoltre una piccola lavanderia con lavatrice e un bagno dotato di box doccia.

La casa è totalmente indipendente, immersa nel verde dell'uliveto ligure, con una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo Paradiso. Il panorama fruibile dalle terrazze e dalle finestre si apre dall'estremo ponente ligure al Monte di Portofino e nelle giornate limpide fino all'arcipelago toscano e la Corsica. Il mare (500 m.) Recco(1200 m.) il Parco Nazionale di Portofino(3km) sono raggiungibili oltre che in auto, anche a piedi con panoramiche passeggiate; Genova-Nervi dista 12 km (SS1 Aurelia)

The apartment, bright and full sea view, is located on a quiet narrow road. Near the apartment there is the via Aurelia and you may hear some noises. We live in the same house at the groundfloor.
