Our location - behind the Golf club Belgrade in Ada, 15 min drive from the city center, will not leave you out from the city's vibrant life.

This 80 square meters apartment has two bedrooms divided by large kitchen/dining/living area. The apartment is located in walking distance from major Belgrade touristic sites – National Assembly, Museum, and Theater, Knez Mihajlova street, Kalemegdan Fortress, Skadarlija (the bohemian quarter). The guests can find various food and drink options at nearby restaurants, cafes, and pubs. Some of the top-rated dining places are in this area. There is a 24/7 grocery store down on the corner.

Belgrade story

The apartment is full renovated a few months ago and everything is brand new. In the bedroom there is a large comfortable double bed and one big sofa bed in the living room. All in discreet led light. In the kitchen you can enjoy a modern flat-screen cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and a large bar table. The bathroom is glazed with marble ceramics, it is very compact and clean. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, towels, hygiene sets.

NOTE: During Exit music festival (July 10-14. 2025.) potential guests have to book all four days in a row. Newly renovated apartment near the center, equipped with everything for your pleasant stay. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and friends.

Our place is very comfortable, modern furnished, renovated apartment. It consists of one larger room, a functional kitchen, a modern bathroom and a spacious terrace that has a beautiful view of the peaceful surroundings. It's located in the wider center of Novi Sad, at a distance of about 15-20 minutes of easy walking from almost all sights in the city.
