Excellent Beach Condo! The condo was spotless and in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The owner was very responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made the experience even better. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable beach getaway!

This was our first experience using Airbnb, and we couldn’t be happier! We booked the condo on a whim and were so pleased with how everything turned out. The space was spotless, and all the furniture was incredibly comfortable and it was very quiet …perfect for a relaxing stay. We really enjoyed the accommodations and felt right at home. Looking forward to coming back again!

This location has direct access to the pools and the beach - amazing! It is also right next to lobby and the restaurant. Very easy to get inside. This part of Wrightsville Beach is secluded - which we loved. The unit was very well appointed- perfect size for 2-3 people. They have beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow. Would stay again.

Teresa's place was perfect for our needs! Super clean and true to the listing. We had everything we could possibly need and more! Close to great restaurants and such a quiet and beautiful beach. It rained for a part of our visit but it didn't bother us at all with such a comfortable condo and balcony with ocean view. My sisters and I enjoy visiting this area each year and all agreed that we would like to make Teresa's place our regular vacation spot!

Great location and short walk to the beach. The Airbnb was great especially with young kids. They had several items that even our 4 month old could enjoy like a leap frog book. There was even a little high chair. We didn’t have the parking passes but the host made sure to bring us some the next day. Very responsive and a fairly large space. We will definitely be back. The condo was in a great location relative to the beach. The stay had everything that we needed including some beach items! Angela was very responsive and an amazing host!

We had a great escape from NYC at Alicia’s place. We lived on the beach and terrace! Alicia was super responsive to a few questions I had. My boys loved the loft space. We come to Topsail a lot but never stayed at the beach. Was so worth it. Surf lessons, Serenity Point, NY Conner Deli, Island Delights and Topsail Steamer were our favorites. Would definitely stay again!

Nice place for the price. I arrived a little early and they were happy to let me check in. The room was clean, and the location as a whole was nice and peaceful. I’d stay here again.

This was the perfect space and location for my group! We were in town for a wedding and staying at Tammy and Chris’s made our weekend easy and relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

Location, location, location…walkable and affordable best of both worlds. Recommend renting bikes from shady rentals to get to the beach quickly without the hassle of parking.

This spot was exactly as described and really close to the beach (less than a five minute walk). It was also really close and walkable to the downtown area of the beach. We gave this Airbnb five stars because it is exactly as described but feel it’s important for people to know that if you are sensitive to mold, consider other options. Our situation is unique because my wife is extremely sensitive to mold from previous exposure and had somewhat of a hard time staying here. The weather happened to be good so we opened the windows to air it out. Again, not knocking the place- it has existed since the 1940s so I realize things like that might come with the character.

Enjoyed our stay at So Close. Lovely decor, clean, walkable to restaurants and beach access. We felt at home during our getaway. Bonus, the building has an elevator!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is so perfectly located for almost any activity. We spent much of our time out visiting the beach, local restaurants and the River Walk. However the condo was cozy when we returned from our adventures and the decor was very pleasant. The hosts stand out as the winners overall though! They are super responsive with any questions, thoughtful, and obviously caring and kind people!!! Thank you again Francis and Lindsay❤️🌞

Great condo! Clean well taken care of!

We were so excited to find Suzanne’s place last minute. The place was beautiful. It was extremely well taken care of. The balcony was an extra room! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable outdoor furniture. I loved all the plants-indoor and outdoor. It felt so warm and inviting. The whole condo looked exactly like the photos. This place was top tier in all aspects. I would recommend to anyone. We enjoyed our stay so much. When we are in this area we would love to stay here again.

The CONDO was as described and beautiful in every way. The host Payton was very helpful and had great communication hope to visit again soon!

We had a great stay at Melissa's place. The location was great and priced well. Worked perfectly for a quick weekend getaway for my husband, son and myself.

For our vacation trip we had 5 adults, 3 kids and a baby and we absolutely loved our stay here! It is a great spot! Everyone loved the place. There was plenty of space for us all. We would definitely stay here again. The balcony has a good view of the ocean and the pier. We even saw dolphins from the balcony. Navigating the resort was easy. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook. We had everything we needed for our time here. Our kids really enjoyed the pools. They also enjoyed walking the beach looking for shells and playing by the ocean. It was so beautiful You have to try the restaurant here too, it is so good, we all loved our food. We had a prefect vacation! Thank you so much for opening your place, we hope to visit again.

My family stayed for one night to enjoy a beautiful beach day and the place didn’t disappoint. It was clean, spacious, and the sound machines truly helped to mute the outside noise. There are a few bars around so you’ll hear some occasional music. Overall a good stay for us.

We had a lovely stay. Beds are very comfortable and the sheets are super soft. Beautifully decorated without any clutter. The kitchen has everything you may need. Love the restaurant is walking distance. The pool is absolutely fantastic, clean, beautiful, and 9 feet deep!

Highly recommend. The condo was lovely and the surrounding pool area was spotless. Beach was very nice. Was a perfect get away.

The bunk beds are awesome! The place is the perfect size for my family of 4. The location is great!
