Rainbow House - Entire Place

Relax in luxury at Rainbow House and enjoy peaceful surroundings. Featuring a 50sqm bedroom with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom, Downstairs enjoy the cozy snug with a bookshelf and smart TV. Upstairs is workstation with an Italian leather chair to work in comfort, a relaxing reading chair, sofa and mood lighting, along with six large velux windows creating an airy feel throughout the day and night. This beautifully designed and sympathetically restored barn conversion features many original features, and Rainbow House dates back to 1908 where it was an integral part of the town as Rainbow Farm providing a milking place for the local milk man Fred Rainbow. This lovely property is situated 2 minutes walk from Lutterworth town centre with various shops, cafe’s, restaurants and pubs, all within easy walking distance.

The Hollies is a large and charming 200-year-old farmhouse next door to the quiet village pub in South Kilworth. Located in the heart of England, just 3 miles from Junction 20 of the M1, South Kilworth is the perfect centre of England stop-off on any long journey between the south & north of England. Six huge double bedrooms, 4 of which are triples, one is a family room with a large double bed and a bunk bed for 2, and a standard double. So 12 beds and the ability to sleep a total of 18 people.

Unique rural retreat perched on a hill in open countryside with breathtaking views. The Retreat is a self-contained 3 bedroom home adjacent to our barn conversion in 13 acres. The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) Escape to the tranquility of our spacious 2 bedroom cottage, nestled in the heart of the countryside on our family run farm. This cosy retreat offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The open plan kitchen/living area hosts a log burner that makes for cosy evenings. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and bedroom 2 has two single beds, a modern shower room upstairs and downstairs a WC. The Stable House, Park House 4 bedrooms

Park House is part of the west wing of The Stable House (our family home), a Victorian stable block built 1888, and converted into a family home in 1970. The house sits in 20 acres of garden, fields and woodland including a Victorian kitchen garden. It is completely self-contained and comprises 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10; a large hallway, spacious kitchen, comfy sitting room and utility with separate toilet. It's very quiet with stunning views over the surrounding countryside.

Our home has 2 bedrooms, one large double and one single/twin, a bathroom with an amazing shower (no bath), a separate lounge and an open plan kitchen diner. There is also a private and enclosed garden with a relaxed seating area. The village is full of charm with 2 pubs, a lovely bistro, local shop and plenty of dog walks.

Willow Cottage

The accommodation was once a barn dating back to 1900. It is a contemporary conversion within the rear garden of the main house. The property incorporates everything needed for a great stay. It is completely private and self-contained. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room/kitchen and is accessed by two large patio doors. A staircase leads to a light and airy bedroom with a king size bed, drawers and a wardrobe. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Come and spend time in our beautiful Shepherd hut, where you can relax in the hot tub with our 3 lovely Alpacas or hang out with Piggy Pop and Stardust.
