No worries about whether the TV will wake your host; no sounds of snoring will come through the walls; no need to tippy toe around to keep from bothering light sleepers and there will be no wake-up blast of somebody else's alarm clock! Just sweet, sweet privacy. Lighted parking a few steps from the door makes for safe and easy access, and a four number key code allows for arrival at any hour without concern of disturbing your hosts. The garage of the Guesthouse cottage serves as my artist (painting) studio, so I am generally working on the premises if you need me. Our peaceful detached apartment is located in Irvington, a beautiful historical neighborhood 7 minutes from downtown. You would not need a car as you can walk to the MAX train station. We furnished our space with a comfortable brand new king size bed and full size sleeper sofa. Bedding & duvet cover washed every time. The decoration is tropical inspired art and from Hawaii. There is a cute and equipped kitchenette with coffee maker, tea make, microwave, dishwasher electric range for small meals.
