The Architect's Cottage: Unique! on Bishop Lake

Come and join us at The Architect's Cottage at the finest lake in all of Marietta. The most peaceful place in all of Georgia! Enjoy being on a quiet lake that sits in all Marietta and Roswell have to offer. It is Winter in Georgia and the days are cool in the evenings and perfect for warm weather hiking during the days. Cuddle up on the deck or dock in the evening hours with a blanket. Cobb County law requires that we display our short term rental license number in our listing STR000029.

Stay in our Lakeside Bungalow guest house, which has everything you’ll need for a relaxing stay—lake views, king size bed, Smart TV, private patio w/ firepit, & more. The Lakehouse at Clearwater is close to Newnan, Senoia, Peachtree City, Atlanta, Falcon Aviation Academy, Dr. Agrawal Freedom Allergy, Callaway Gardens, Reets Drying Academy, and Cancer Treatment Centers of America You’ll love the Lakehouse at Clearwater because of its serene lake views, quiet atmosphere, and even a bit of fishing or swimming in the pool (May to September). The Lakehouse at Clearwater is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Peaceful Retreat on 16 acres

Peaceful get away. Walk to pond, trail in back of property. Even though this space is attached to house, there is no access to the house. Complete privacy. Two twin beds, sofa is big enough to sleep one person , queen air mattress available. $20 additional fee per night. Private bathroom, washer & dryer, 60” TV, desk. Coffee bar, microwave, toaster oven, small refrigerator, electric grill. Private parking. No SMOKING, NO PETS , NO ALCOHOL, NO ILLEGAL DRUGS. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS ALLOWED.

The Nest

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. You’ll love my place because of the arty style, the peaceful vibe and the beautiful lake view. The cottage is on 34 private acres and directly behind the main lake house.

Garden Flat – No steps Cozy studio with private keyless entry on lake front property at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is a self-contained unit in our carriage house with your own bathroom, washer/dryer and mini dry kitchen. Please note …there is a living space above the unit with 2 occupants and their service dog IRoh so there may be some foot noise and barking during the day. The TV is “smart". NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
