This charming home, situated in a safe, quiet neighborhood is 10 minutes from the WMA. Black River and Current River are close and ideal for duck hunting, fishing, trap range, and water sports. It is 2 minutes from all local restaurants, shopping, a paved, outdoor walking track, tennis courts/pool, and local airport. Our local community center offers golf, basketball, volleyball, weight rooms, racquetball, an indoor track, and a kids recreational area, located less than 5 minute from this house.

This is a tiny barndominium. It has all the amenities you would need, granite counter tops, full living room, kitchen, laundry room & it’s tall ceilings give it an airy spacious feel. It is a peaceful sanctuary with lots of privacy but close to 2 of the largest cities in N.E. Arkansas. This is truly a little slice of Harmony placed on a beautiful rolling property. We got our listing name from the song but also because we are in close proximity to two wedding venues. No Hunting Allowed.

We hope we have created a spacious home for you to come and relax. The location is centrally located, so less than 5 minutes from hospitals, grocery stores(Hay's and Walmart) bakeries, restaurants, coffees and more. Basic cable and Netflix are available for your viewing pleasure. And, we also have provided 12” memory foam mattress for a restful nights sleep. We ask that you please agree to house rule and leave the house in the condition you found it.

Located on bank of beautiful Current River. Nice boat dock. Swing under deck that overlooks the river. Can hunt, swim, fish or float river. 6 miles to historic downtown Pocahontas, Arkansas. Deck that overlooks the river with a barbecue grill. Great place for duck hunters. Very close to the Dave Donaldson Wildlife Refuge.
