Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located studio !! You will have your own private entrance. The studio is connected to the main house, but you are guaranteed complete privacy . Enjoy the 1 bedroom, 1 bath with full kitchen. The bed is a king size bed and there is a twin floor mattress . The studio has its own washer and dryer. In addition, you can walk to all the nearby restaurants and heritage park on Mainstreet!

Quaint Cottage w/access to Peace River canoe/kayak

This 2.2 cottage located on 10+ acres features waterfront view and ample parking. Tranquility and paradise intersect here. There are multiple buildings on site, so you may see other guests. There are kayaks and canoes on property. First come first serve. There is a boat ramp on property you are welcome to use for boats or kayaks. No smoking and No animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.

Lake suite - 35 min Tampa Airport, 20 min to beach

Come enjoy our water view suite!! We're centrally located 30 minutes to the airport/Tampa city limits, 19 minutes to apollo beach, 45 minutes to Sarasota or St. Peterburg (all these are est. without traffic).
