Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

A short stroll from a family friendly sandy beach and promenade, Coble Cottage is the perfect base for a stay in Berwick-upon-tweed. Situated in Spittal, this cosy, stone built cottage is perfectly placed to get easy access to both the town centre with historic Elizabethan walls, bars, restaurants and art galleries (30 min walk or short bus ride) and the beach (only a few minutes walk) or exploring Northumberland, the Cheviots, Holy Island and Scottish Border villages.

Woodview is a charming cottage within Spital Mains Farm which is situated on the outskirts of the small rural village of Paxton, only 5 miles from the historic town of Berwick on Tweed. Enjoy the peace and quiet between visiting the neighbouring historic towns, villages, castles and attractions. The accommodation is ground floor only with an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. It has a bathroom with over bath shower and one double bedroom.

42 Marygate has been converted from redundant commercial space into 4 individual apartments. Only a few minutes walk from the railway station, this is an ideal location in the heart of Berwick with fantastic access to local cafes, restaurants and shops. Explore the historic town or travel further afield and easily access Northumberland, Edinburgh and the Borders. This cosy apartment is the ideal spot.

Next to the two-storey smithy (a former artists studio) , you'll find hidden steps opening up to a large garden. The Smithy is an oasis of peace nestled in the centre of the historic town of Berwick-upon-Tweed. Dogs are more than welcome to stay :)
