7S Ranch Bunkhouse

Our guests enjoy privacy of our bunkhouse. Living rm/shower/toilet and lav are downstairs. One twin bed/ futon in 'standing room' loft. Queen bed in private bedroom. WIFY and Roku/Hulu. Breakfast fixings: coffee, tea, cereal bars, instant oatmeal, waffle/muffin mix. Microwave, toaster oven, ele. hot plate for cooking. Dorm size refrig/freezer. Several great local restaurants. 4 museums. Pet friendly! $10 for each additional adult, after 2. Approx 6 miles from Cuero and 25 from Victoria.

Jenny’s Country Cabin Oasis

Our Calm Country Cabin Oasis is located just outside the city limits of San Antonio. We are 20 minutes from downtown San Antonio, the river walk, Alamo, and the Tower of Americas. The cabin is equipped with a comfy bed to sleep in, a couch that turns into a bed to relax on, and a table to eat or work at. On another table you will find find a medium sized refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a Keurig, paper goods, coffee, and a box full of snacks. The cabin also has an en-suite bathroom.

Pool, Starry Nights & No Cleaning Fee

Enjoy the nighttime sky and countryside in our quiet apartment. Ping pong table and pool basketball. Pictures are Starlink launch from July of ‘23 right from the pool. ~Goliad Market Days 2nd Saturday each month. Visit The Historic Goliad Forts or schedule a haunted tour of the Yorktown Hospital. Bring your kayak for the Goliad Paddling Trail, take a walk in solitiude down the road to the dry creek. 13 Minutes to Yorktown/18 minutes to Goliad. $20 per person over 2 guests. 4 guests max.

Hummingbird House at BQ5 Ranch

This wee cottage was built in 1877, and was a stand-alone kitchen in her former life. Front porch was enclosed to give more interior space, and she's been fully insulated, has new working windows, french doors, and an expanded back porch. Efficiency kitchen, with hot plate, fridge/freezer, full-sized microwave. An outdoor smoker/grill and fire pit are just off the porch for outdoor cooking. Native planted gardens wrap around this cottage making it a hummingbird and butterfly haven!

Centrally located, it's less than 15 minutes from George West, right by Choke Canyon Lake, and across from a Valero gas station for fuel, snacks, ice, and drinks. Whether you're fishing a tournament, hunting for the weekend, or working at Valero Refinery, this spot is perfect. With ample parking, you can keep your boat hitched. Plus, it’s within walking distance of the refinery—a great fishing or hunting retreat!

Lake Mathis (Corpus Christi Lake) Tiny House

Tiny House with queen bed on main floor and full size loft bed; fully renovated. Wifi. Perfect for the Snowbird, couples or anyone looking to relax. 30 amp RV hookup and septic available for small fee. Hook up and relax in the home while you do your laundry. Plenty of parking space if you want to bring your boat. This is not a lakefront property. Access via state park. Most pets ok with pre-notification. Absolutely no more than 4 people maximum.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Centrally located in Three Rivers. Less than a 15 min drive to George west. A skip and a hop to choke canyon. Dog friendly, large and fenced back yard is also a good place to park a boat or trailer. Caddy corner to the public tennis courts. Down the street from the Valero gas station and liquor store. Perfect little get away spot for a fishing or hunting weekend trip in the area.

With a private, screened porch your views of the countryside are perfect for the couple looking for a quiet time away from real life. Enjoy a walk along our back road and spy a turkey group or a covey of quail. Road Runners are everywhere, as are Kiskadees and Green Jays! .we even have a few deer who call our ranch their home!
