PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Our home is a halfway between Pula and Kamenjak - 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! Beautiful apartment in the old part of the city

My place is close to Restaurants,public transportacions,shops,nightlife,city events. You will love my apartment because it is located in the old part of the city, with a beautiful view of the Golden Gate that stretches from the apartment balcony .Apartment is equipped to feel like in your home, and arranged to experience life on the Adriatic sea . . Light-flooded apartment (loft) in a villa with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains beyond. 65 m2 apartment with a roof terrace that offers a 250 degree view. 300 meters as the birds flies and 5 minutes on foot via a staircase to the sea. Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Spacious, unique and sunshine apartment with the spectacular view of the Roman amphitheater. The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
