Dining room features a coffee bar. Kitchen fully furnished. Front porch for relaxing. One car detached garage. Max 4 guests.

This is a unique listing, read completely through it first. The walkout basement has 2 bedrooms, a family room, a full bathroom and place to prepare meals without a stove. Access is through the back door and patio areas. There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing for our booked guests only. (ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS). It’s close to both gazebos & the rose garden - popular wedding venues. It's great for a romantic getaway or a long weekend. Enjoy sunrises over the lake with a hot cup of coffee on the patio. And there’s a hot tub and pool to enjoy during your stay.

Capital City Cottage

Entire abode to yourself! Two bedrooms with queen beds, one bath. Off street, covered parking. Roku is available on the TV, for you to log in to your preferred choice of viewing pleasure. Close to VA Med Center & Washburn Univ. Minutes from State Capitol & Downtown. Centrally located from downtown and west side ( where all the chain stores and restaurants are located). NO parties are to be hosted in our house. NO smoking of any kind inside the house.

"Not just an overnight stop-off on I-70 crossing the plains" This is a unique ranch stay. Step back to the mid-century timeframe, south of Topeka, 3 bedrooms, full kitchen/2 baths. This is an original cowboy bunkhouse serving travelers in an old-west setting. We invite anyone who is "cowboy curious" for a ranch stay, ask questions!- We love to discuss "the cowboy way". BTW, high speed internet so you won't miss favorite streaming TV.

tLc Country Living

Country setting five minutes from civilization. Self contained suite shares one common wall with main house. Full kitchen, and laundry facilities. Master bath has shower for all guests to share. Kitchen/dining area has table with seating for 4. Enjoy the deck, grounds and grill. Watch the pond for blue herring, ducks and geese while in season! Some exterior areas are under video surveillance.
