We call it the Boathouse, but it could just as easily be called the treehouse. It sits just feet from a tidal creek amidst giant live oak trees. A short dock is right outside the door, so bring your kayaks or other small craft. Although cozy, it offers everything a simple cottage should. Shem Creek is minutes away, as are the beaches. The apartment has a perfect location! Just over the bridge, you are minutes to all Mt. Pleasant and Downtown Charleston has to offer! The space has lots of natural light and charm. Plenty of space to cook in the full kitchen. Great sized bedroom with king size bed. Tons of storage. Couch is a pull-out in case someone snores! Laundry is hidden in the closet.
